I get it , I’m with you and I get it ❤️
What a woman goes through in the following weeks and months after child birth is life changing , it’s mind blowing , person changing and it happens so fast it’s a wonder we have any time for our heads and hearts to catch up and process, digest and heal.
Wether you’ve had a great experience or the worst experience those early weeks with a new born is ALOT , it can be traumatic- you yourself are born again and you need to have time to get to know the new you as well as baby. We need to be supported.
The bleeding, The tiredness ,The pain ,The cracked ni***es ,The constipation ,The not knowing ,The knowing too much ,The engorgement , The visitors ,The lack of visitors, The learning ,The missing your friends ,The making new friends, The worry ,The baby’s, weight gain , The weight loss ,The your body’s, never going to be the same , The hormones, The tears ,The overwhelming love ,The crying baby, The hungry baby ,The reflux baby ,The constipated baby ,The won’t sleep baby, The I’m trying my best , The loneliness , The I don’t know who I am ,The health care professionals, The questions , The questioning yourself ,The leave me alone , The stay with me ,The need to go back to work ,The not wanting to go back to work 🤍
