First time getting this transition💪🏻 pullover muscle up negative into another pullover. A few weeks ago I posted on my stories about how I could kick myself into a pullover easily when I first tried a couple of years ago but it wasn’t until I started trying to get a strict one, I realised it was a skill I really had work to do on 😆
A fight for a couple of months to get it but now a pullover feels easy most days and we move on to the next challenge🤸♀️ still work to do on it but I’m embracing posting the messy side too and not just the best because training doesn’t actually look like that.
Anyways this is the best part of calisthenics/skills for me, if you stick with it, there is always another thing to learn and figure out. How could you ever get bored of training like this? 🥹
