❤️ MEET ANOTHER OF OUR WOMAN OF THE YEAR WINNERS - LUCY! ❤️

Lucy joined us back in January after seeing a photo of herself at a friend’s baby shower and feeling absolutely horrified. She knew it was time to make a change — but the journey hasn’t always been plain sailing.

At the start, Lucy was incredibly hard on herself. If she wasn’t “perfect”, she felt she had blown it… and that vicious circle would begin again.

But Lucy kept coming back to group. She stayed for the support, listened, learned and allowed her fellow members to lift her up when she needed it most. ❤

And look at her now! 😍👏

Lucy has lost OVER 2 STONE so far, her confidence is absolutely soaring and she looks AMAZING! But perhaps the biggest transformation is the belief she now has in herself. ✨

It’s no surprise that her fellow members recently voted Lucy as their Woman of the Year — because she is not only changing her own life, she’s constantly there cheering on and supporting others who may be struggling just like she once was. 🥰

Lucy, you are a huge inspiration to everyone in our group. Never underestimate just how far you’ve come! ❤️👏

Sometimes we forget just how far we’ve come… until we look back at an old photo and realise just how much has changed! 🥰

Our amazing sisters Melissa and Debora recently had a big celebration, and when they compared a previous photo, they couldn’t believe the difference! 😍

Between them, these fabulous ladies have each lost an incredible 3½ stone! 👏🏻👏🏻

What an amazing transformation — and what makes it even more special is being able to share the journey together. ❤️
