A University of Oxford researcher said that if everyone over 60 in the UK was vaccinated using a particular shingles jab, then tens of thousands of deaths could be prevented.

A big thanks to everyone who completed the Friends and Family feedback and Google Reviews. These help shape the practice and help others find our services. We had some fantastic feedback and the vast majority of patients rate our services as very good. Below are just some of the many comments we received:

I felt very relaxed with the nurse she was very polite and understanding and told me about a few places I could get in touch with that would be helpful for my lost confidence in going out with my family or anywhere with my COPD

The two women doctors were extremely friendly, made me feel comfortable, had no issues and no pain when fitting contraception thank you ☺️

Able to use self sign in, appointment on time…seen to straight away and very polite

The nurse was extremely pleasant, and talked things through

Very thorough and professional. Dr Latif has a warm approach to sensitive issues.

She listened, explored and discussed solutions. It was a sensitive examination but I was made to feel so comfortable

The doctor was friendly, asked clear questions, gave genuine response and schedule of follow-ups.

NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Kit.

If you have questions or would like help completing your kit, we are offering a free appointment with a Specialist Bowel Screening Nurse on Wednesday 17 June at Eden Court Medical Practice.

The nurse can explain how to use the kit, answer any concerns, and arrange a replacement kit if needed.

I was originally given an appointment that was not suitable the receptionist was great and got me a more suitable appointment and the doctor was very nice and listened and gave me a diagnosis to my relief.

Very caring and great advice with the problems I’m having at the moment and knowing the medication that’s needed for me.
Nurse Heather was amazing! super polite, super friendly and was on time!

Tom Latham is an absolute pleasure to see, takes time to listen and action is taken straight away.

I received a call from my son's school on a Friday afternoon to say they thought his finger was infected. I took him to the pharmacy and they agreed so said I should go to the GP. I raised an online ticket straight away and drove to the surgery. The receptionist was really helpful and a doctor saw my son within 20 minutes and prescribed him what he needed. I also had to request an appointment for my eldest son that morning and got an appointment straight away. I can't imagine a better service anywhere and I feel so lucky we're at Eden Court.
