NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Kit.

If you have questions or would like help completing your kit, we are offering a free appointment with a Specialist Bowel Screening Nurse on Wednesday 17 June at Eden Court Medical Practice.

The nurse can explain how to use the kit, answer any concerns, and arrange a replacement kit if needed.

Thank you again to everyone who completed the Friends and Family feedback and Google Reviews. These help shape the practice and help others find our services. We had some fantastic feedback and I'm glad the vast majority of patients find rate our services as very good. Below are just some of the comments:

I was originally given an appointment that was not suitable the receptionist was great and got me a more suitable appointment and the doctor was very nice and listened and gave me a diagnosis to my relief.

Very caring and great advice with the problems I’m having at the moment and knowing the medication that’s needed for me.
Nurse Heather was amazing! super polite, super friendly and was on time!

Tom Latham is an absolute pleasure to see, takes time to listen and action is taken straight away.

I was treated with the greatest respect, as it's not as easy talking about your weight when struggling with it, and I was given good advice and given a choice.

Had an appointment with Aniqah to discuss some recent issues. Found her to be very helpful and nice to talk to.

I was very impressed with how easy the experience was

I received a call from my son's school on a Friday afternoon to say they thought his finger was infected. I took him to the pharmacy and they agreed so said I should go to the GP. I raised an online ticket straight away and drove to the surgery. The receptionist was really helpful and a doctor saw my son within 20 minutes and prescribed him what he needed. I also had to request an appointment for my eldest son that morning and got an appointment straight away. I can't imagine a better service anywhere and I feel so lucky we're at Eden Court.

Doctor Dhahan is brilliant, very kind and polite.

Lisa was very personal and made me feel relaxed and she explained everything
