Abney Court is a purpose-built care home set within the beautiful grounds of Abney Hall Park in Cheadle. The care home provides residential, respite care and compassionate end of life care, as well as specialist dementia care. The friendly and caring team at Abney Court get to know each resident and put together a care plan that is tailored to their unique needs. They ensure residents can lead a f

ulfilling, independent and enjoyable life. Residents have access to a café where they can catch up with family and friends. There is also a cinema room to enjoy favourite movies, alongside a fully equipped hair and beauty salon where residents can get pampered. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and fully accessible for wheelchair users.

☀️🏖️ A wonderful day out at Southport Beach! 🏖️☀️

The residents enjoyed a fantastic trip to the seaside, making the most of the beautiful weather. We tucked into a lovely picnic on the beach, cooled off with delicious ice creams and ice lollies, and enjoyed the fresh sea air together.

The day was made even more special for one of our residents, who used to live in Southport. It became a real trip down memory lane as he shared his memories and gave us our very own guided tour, pointing out familiar places and telling stories from years gone by. It was a joy to see him reminiscing and sharing such special moments with everyone.

Creating happy memories while celebrating treasured old ones is what it’s all about. 💙🌊🍦

What an incredible day at Gauntlet Birds of Prey! 🦅🦉

Getting up close with these magnificent birds was an unforgettable experience. Learning about their unique behaviours, incredible flying skills and the amazing work the team does to care for and conserve them was fascinating.

Watching the birds soar overhead was definitely a highlight and it’s easy to see the passion and dedication that goes into looking after these beautiful creatures.
