✨Hypnotherapy case study opportunity✨
Exploring worries, fears and confidence-related concerns

I am a trained Hypnotherapist and am currently completing further training in Integrated Hypnotherapy. As part of this training and my reflective practice, I am looking for a small number of people who would like to explore an anxiety-related concern through hypnotherapy.

This is an opportunity to experience what hypnotherapy is like in the comfort of your own home via Zoom and explore whether this approach feels right for you.

The session may be suitable for someone experiencing:

✨ A specific fear or worry
✨ Anxiety in a particular situation
✨ Confidence-related anxiety
✨ Feeling overwhelmed or stuck in anxious thoughts
✨ Dental anxiety or treatment-related fears

The session will include:

• A brief suitability conversation beforehand
• A detailed case history discussion
• A personalised hypnotherapy session using an appropriate therapeutic technique
• An opportunity to share feedback afterwards to support my reflective practice

Following the initial session, there may be an opportunity for a longer case study (for example, a series of sessions) if this is appropriate and mutually agreed.

The case-study session is offered at no charge as part of my training requirements. Places are limited, and suitability will be discussed before arranging a session.

If you think my work is only about meal plans and weight management, let me share a breakthrough from my clinic today that completely proves otherwise...

Today, I had a session with a client I’ve been working with for a few weeks on a travel phobia and anxiety.

We had a plan, but today required something different. Because real change doesn’t happen with a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach, I was able to adapt on the spur of the moment to exactly what they needed in the room.

Instead of sticking to a fixed framework, we created a truly person-centred approach. Even though today was primarily a hypnosis session, I was able to layer in my nutritional expertise by addressing how blood sugar balance can play a role in physical anxiety.

By weaving these physical insights directly into the behavioural work, we tackled the panic from both a mind and body perspective. It gave the client a completely new perspective on their anxiety, shifting how they view the fear entirely, which is an incredible breakthrough in itself.

I am deeply passionate about never standing still as a practitioner. I am currently studying for a diploma with HypnoTC that allows me to expand beyond purely solution-focused methods into a more client-centred approach. This continuous learning means I can completely personalise every single session, layering techniques to fit your exact mind and body.

This is exactly why I love my work. Whether I am helping a client navigate a phobia, anxiety, behavioural change and life goals or working with weight management, energy, digestive health or menopause, the philosophy is exactly the same.

You are a whole person. Your mind, your habits, your stress, and your biology are all beautifully connected. I don't force you into a rigid box; I adapt my skills to fit exactly what you need on that day.

Seeing a client gain that pivotal shift in perspective and leave feeling empowered? That is exactly why I do what I do. 🩵

What’s one area of your life where stress, anxiety, or an old habit feels like it's holding you back?

If you are ready for an approach that looks at your mind, body, and biology as a whole, I'd love to help you. Send me a DM or drop me an email at [email protected] to explore how we can tailor a personalised approach just for you. 🩵

Every day, we run patterns — some we choose, some we don’t even notice. That’s the difference between the conscious and subconscious mind.

The conscious mind is the part that thinks, plans and decides.
It’s logical and rational, but it can also overthink and get in the way — even when we know what would help.

The subconscious is quieter.
It holds the automatic habits and behaviours that run in the background.

🌱Hypnosis works by gently quietening the conscious mind so we can work with the deeper part where those patterns live.
And that’s where change becomes easier — calmer, more natural, and more sustainable.

If there’s a habit or behaviour you’d love to change, such as snacking, smoking, nail biting or procrastination, but you’re finding it hard on your own, I can help.

If you’d like to find out more or book a call, you can message me or email [email protected]. 💙

It’s a beautiful day here in London.

I’m at Embankment this weekend learning new skills, so I’m able to incorporate different hypnotherapy models into my practice. I’m also deepening my solution focused approach and learning how to use my voice more effectively for hypnosis.

Hello, I've been a little quiet on here recently. There's been a lot going on behind the scenes, but I couldn't not share this. 😊

My debut marathon — the last few seconds before the finish, showing grit, determination and what I was about to achieve.... and then a very happy moment afterwards with my medal.
Still taking it all in. What a day. 💛
