Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the incredible people who I have met & shared practices with over the last few weeks.

Trevor Warren from Timeless Vibrations - we have shared our 1st mini workshops bringing together crystal essence & meditation with the vibrations of the gongs & Life Arts Mind Body Spirit Events.

I met the incredibly talented & generous soul Steve Moyser Thank you for my beautiful gifts. And Waider for my beautiful book - a talented writer & creator!

Then the Enchanted Pathway Festival at the stunning Creeksea Manor. Stilll blown away by all the women who joined chakra dancing 💃 We moved freely, in honour of ourselves and each other! And had fun!

There was 🥁, yoga, pilates, amazing healers and unique warm hearted stall holders sharing their passion businesses!

Heartfelt connections is what means everything. Thank you for being part of that. If u have any 📸 to share would love to see them!

I love what I have learnt over last 20 years & I adore sharing & supporting people in their OWN journeys. In so many ways we are the same & in others bootifully unique. Not one size fits all.
