Do you ever wake up sooooooo hungry? That's me today! But food optimising to the rescue! I took Daisy to the groomers and came back for a Warburtons gluten free pitta as a fibre choice with bacon and eggs, with a spread of mustard followed by a delicious orange with a black coffee on the side! 21 years ago I started my journey as a Slimming World Consultant, and what an incredible journey it has been! ❤️

I'm so grateful to have had the privilege of supporting so many amazing people to lose weight, build confidence and change their lives. Watching members achieve things they never thought possible has been the greatest reward, and I couldn't be prouder to be part of so many inspiring stories.

To celebrate my 21st anniversary, I'd love to welcome even more people into our wonderful Slimming World family.

Moving on can be hard. Shaking off negative thoughts, self doubt and fear of failure. Making changes is hard but it's so much easier with people that understand in your corner. If you would love some support, then come along. I'm really proud of the community we have and it never gets old when members say it has made all the difference to their lives.
You can make those changes too and I'd love to help. Whether you have tried Slimming World before or not, whether you are using weight loss medications or not, I'm here to help you with the food choices and psychological changes that you will need for lifelong success. This was very tasty last night. All done in one pan, a really easy meal - onions, peppers, pak choi, coriander, rice and bavette steak. One pan thai steak and rice 😋 Definitely recommend this one!
