This afternoon we witnessed a truly heartwarming moment between our wonderful Carol and her brother 🥰✨

During their time together, they shared a gentle, loving hug, and her brother gave Carol a kiss on the head — such a simple gesture, but one filled with so much care, comfort, and connection 💫💛

Carol’s face said it all… calm, content, and completely in the moment ❤️ It was a lovely reminder of just how powerful family bonds are, and how special these shared visits can be.

Moments like these mean the world — not just to those involved, but to everyone who gets to witness the love and warmth they bring into the home 🥰

🚗💦 CAR PARK CAR WASH SUCCESS! 💦🚗

What a fantastic, fun-filled day at Lilleybrook with our car park car wash! 🥰✨ The energy was high, the sponges were flying, and the laughter definitely came free with every wash 😂💛

A massive thank you to Oswin, Darren, Raff, and Dan for all your hard work and support throughout the day 👏💫

We also had some brilliant little helpers who had a great time splashing around and getting involved 🧽😄 and a special shout-out to Carol, who gave it her all with the hose and absolutely smashed it 🥰💦

Together, with your amazing support, we raised just over £100 😱💛 We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, came along, and supported us — it truly means the world.

🍻✨ THE BEALE INN IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! ✨🍻

Today we proudly opened our brand new in-house pub, The Beale Inn 🥰💛 with the wonderful Kim officially cutting the ribbon ✂️✨

A massive thank you to Darren, Raff, and Dan who worked tirelessly to bring everything together — the pub looks absolutely beautiful ❤️ From the lush décor to the cosy atmosphere, it’s already become such a lovely social space for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you as well to everybody who donated pub items and decorations 🍾✨ and to Toni for helping design it all.

Most importantly, thank you to our amazing residents, who will truly bring The Beale Inn to life with laughter, chats, music, and memories 💫

We want to say a huge heartfelt thank you to Darren’s wonderful mum, who very kindly donated lots of non-alcoholic beer for our brand new in-house pub, The Beale Inn 🥰✨

Your kindness and generosity truly mean so much to us and to our residents ❤️ Donations like these help us create a warm, welcoming, and realistic pub atmosphere where everyone can come together, socialise, laugh, reminisce, and enjoy themselves 💫

The thinking caps were firmly on again today at Lilleybrook as residents tackled another pair of brain teasers 🧠✨

⬆️⬇️ “What can rise and fall without moving?”

🤝 “What can connect strangers without touching them?”

There were plenty of guesses, lots of discussion, and a fair few “wait… say that again!” moments 😂💫

Riddle sessions always bring so much fun, laughter, and teamwork as everyone tries to crack the answers together 🥰

Well… he’s done it AGAIN 😂👏

The ever-so eagle-eyed Ian has once more defeated the Lilleybrook star hunt and this time he claims it was “an accident” 👀🤨😂

At this point, we’re genuinely starting to think Ian has some kind of hidden star-detecting superpower because no matter where we hide it… he somehow finds it 😩🤣

We’re definitely going to have to seriously up our hiding-skills game here at Lilleybrook because clearly it’s becoming far too easy for certain people 🤪⭐

Massive well done Ian… even if we are all slightly suspicious of your magical abilities at this stage 😉😂💛

🎯💛 Target Ball Fun This Morning! 💛🎯

This morning we enjoyed a brilliant game of target ball — throwing velcro balls at a velcro target, and the residents absolutely smashed it 😎👏

There was fantastic aim, plenty of focus, and even more laughter as everyone got involved 🥰✨ Some of those throws were seriously impressive… and a few were definitely “strategically missed” for dramatic effect 😉😂

Ajay, we did notice a couple of those very purposeful misses… but don’t worry, we’ve got your back 😄💛

The room was full of energy, giggles, encouragement, and that lovely sense of friendly competition that makes activities so enjoyable 💫

🎶💛 Seranading Sophie 💛🎶

We were greeted in the most beautiful way today by the wonderful Sophie, who serenaded us with “All Things Bright and Beautiful” as we entered the room 🥰✨

It was such a calm, uplifting moment — instantly setting the tone with warmth, familiarity, and a real sense of peace 💫

Hearing Sophie sing so gently and confidently brought smiles all round, with residents pausing to listen, hum along, and simply enjoy the moment together ❤️🎶

It’s amazing how music can transform a space in seconds, turning an ordinary entrance into something truly special ✨

😊💛 SMILES ALL ROUND! 💛😊

We absolutely love a smile here at Lilleybrook 🥰✨ and today we were lucky enough to capture some truly beautiful ones from the wonderful Joan, Lynn, and Visha 💫

There were soft smiles, big smiles, and one especially lovely moment where Visha beautifully formed a heart shape with her hands towards the team 🫶🥰 — such a simple gesture, but one that said so much.

Moments like these are what make the day so special 💛 Connection, kindness, and joy shared so naturally between everyone in the room.
