90-minute Calm & Reset Ritual – £55

Keep Moving Therapy is offering a limited number of aromatherapy case study sessions at a reduced rate while the therapist completes professional aromatherapy training.

As part of the training, clients attend as case study models, allowing the therapist to further develop practical skills and complete the qualification requirements. All treatments are carried out professionally, with the same level of care and attention as a standard appointment.

Each 90-minute session includes:
• A full consultation
• Discussion of your medical history, lifestyle, symptoms and treatment goals
• A personalised essential oil blend selected specifically for your individual needs
• A relaxing aromatherapy massage tailored to your needs

Aromatherapy massage may help support:

Exciting times at Keep Moving Therapy...

Today, a body butter for deep relaxation was created for one of our clients.

Made with shea butter, jojoba and apricot kernel oils, together with a carefully selected blend of pure essential oils, including lavender and frankincense, along with other complementary botanicals, it's designed to deeply nourish, hydrate and soften the skin while creating a calming aromatherapy ritual.

There is something incredibly special about seeing new ideas come to life, and this is just the beginning. More exciting creations are already in the making, and I can't wait to share them with you.
