Autumn Classes:

Now we really are able to offer a more positive pregnancy and birth experience to more women and families and we couldn’t be happier! 🩷

MAMA REMEMBER YOU ARE IMPORTANT TOO 💖

Information all mummies SHOULD be given about them POSTPARTUM selves whether it’s baby number 1 or not. Mummy this is about YOU for a change.

Also a chance to meet other mummies and babies in a safe relaxed space.

Postpartum up to 6 months after birth is ideal for this session but the information is pertinent to all mummies.
