Many of the people I work with are not in crisis.

They are capable, thoughtful and highly functional.

They simply reach a point where coping well is no longer the life they want.

My work is deeper, trauma informed psychotherapy grounded strongly in IFS, for people who want to understand what is underneath and create change they can actually feel.

I currently have availability for new private clients.

If you’d like to see whether working together feels right, you can book a complimentary 20 minute discovery call through the link in my bio.

Relationship anxiety often begins long before the current relationship.

That is why reassurance can help for a moment, yet the fear keeps returning.

The deeper question is not only, “How do I stop overthinking?”

It is, “What inside me becomes frightened when connection feels uncertain?”

Send this to someone who knows the spiral that starts when another person suddenly feels distant.

This is where many thoughtful, highly self aware people become frustrated.

They understand themselves extremely well, yet the same emotional reaction keeps appearing.

IFS informed therapy gives us another way in. Instead of fighting the reaction, we become curious about the part of you that still believes it is necessary.

If you are tired of understanding the pattern without feeling real change, you are welcome to book a complimentary discovery call with me.

Sometimes anxiety doesn’t look like panic.

It looks like never quite being off duty.

You function, work, manage, respond and keep going, while underneath there is a constant sense that something still needs your attention.

In therapy, we can work with what is driving that vigilance, rather than simply trying to silence it.

If this feels familiar, I currently have availability for online psychotherapy in English and German. You can book a complimentary discovery call through the link in my bio.

You do not need to wait until life becomes unbearable before reaching out.

Many of the people I work with are highly capable, thoughtful and self-aware. They often already understand a great deal about themselves.

What they want is something deeper, meaningful change in how they feel, relate, respond and live.
I work online in English and German with expats and internationals, using a trauma-informed approach strongly grounded in IFS.

I currently have availability for private psychotherapy. If you’d like to explore whether working together feels right, DM me PRIVATE.

One of the confusing things about moving abroad or starting a new relationship is believing the fresh start will make everything feel different.

Sometimes it does.

And sometimes a new environment simply gives an old emotional pattern a different stage.
That doesn’t mean the pattern is permanent.

It means there is something underneath it worth understanding.

Send this to someone who has ever wondered, “Why does this keep happening to me?”

This is one of the reasons insight alone can feel frustrating.

You may know exactly why something happens and still find yourself having the same emotional reaction.

My work is trauma-informed and strongly influenced by IFS, which means we don’t simply ask, “How do I stop this behavior?”

We become curious about what inside you believes the behaviour is still necessary.

If you’re highly self-aware but feel stuck in patterns that understanding alone hasn’t shifted, you can DM me THERAPY to ask about working together.

Living internationally can change far more than your address.

It can reshape identity, belonging, relationships, even the way you understand yourself.
And because you may look settled and capable from the outside, the internal disorientation can be easy to dismiss.

Where feels most like home to you now?

Self-awareness is powerful.

But there is a stage where understanding alone stops moving things forward.

The work becomes learning how to feel, choose, respond, relate, and lead yourself differently in the moments that actually matter.

This is the work I do privately with professional women who are ready for meaningful change, not just more insight.

I currently have limited availability for private online therapy. If you want to explore whether working together is the right next step, DM me PRIVATE.

Understanding people is not the problem.

The problem starts when compassion for everyone else becomes a reason to keep abandoning yourself.

This is especially common in women who are emotionally perceptive and highly responsible in relationships.

Send this to the woman who is always explaining everyone else’s behaviour.
