Have you been playing the Act As If game?

Let me know how fun you found it.

Today, is about another manifesting superpower.

That is future diary.

Some call it scripting, but I think future diary is a better description, because it's what it says.

Writing about your future.

Now, if you are new to it, you are probably wondering how to start.

I was brought up to write a diary as soon as I could write and understand, but future diary is a little different.

You write about your day, as if it's already happened.

Be very descriptive and write in present tense, as if it's already manifested in your life. Like your kitchen or your ideal holiday.

Use your five senses - sight, smell, hear, touch, taste.

Every little detail is so important when you are manifesting things into reality.

Do you write a future diary?

Yesterday, we spoke about one example you can use to get your manifesting superpower working.

Today, is all about booking that perfect holiday.

What country are you going to?
What is the weather like?
What will the hotel or apartment look and feel like?
Does it have the pool and other amenities you would like?
How far is the beach from the hotel?

Get the family to join in.

In this weather, you can sit outside with the family.

Imagine yourselves laying on the sunbeds on the beach or around the pool.
The waves are crashing on the sand.
Think about being in the gym or listening to the entertainment.
Sat with a drink in hand.
Laughing together and having fun.

Visualise every detail.

Hope you get what this is now.

If you want to learn more about Act As If, drop me a DM let's see how I can help.

Yesterday, we spoke about your manifesting superpower.

There are a few we are going to talk about in this series, but the one today is the game - Act As If.

I have a few examples that I usually share.

Plus, if your family and friends join in, it's even more fun.

Manifesting needs the right energy and the right vibe to get your super power working.

Imagine you want a new kitchen. You've got it all planned out in your head, but how do you get it to become part of your life.

Picture yourself in your brand new kitchen .....

Working in it,
Cooking in it,
Chatting over a family meal

Think of every detail.

Write it down if it helps. Keep repeating it until it becomes a reality. Everything in the right place, just how you want it.

And, if you are playing with family imagine you are in the kitchen together. Standing at the cooker you have now, but it's magically turned into a Range cooker.

I don't have people to share this game with, but I play with my spiritual team.

Make if fun, and let me know how it goes.

Tomorrow, I will share another example.

What is your manifesting superpower?

Well, that's what I call it anyway. Some call it your manifesting muscle.

What do you normally call it?

There are many ways you can use your superpower.

It's been a while since I spoke about manifesting.

I'm usually doing it behind the scenes, like I mentioned in a post this week about candle magic.

I think it worked, because it went smoothly, even though it didn't go as planned.

I saw a post in a community I am apart of, and it got me thinking. I haven't used this superpower in a while.

That is the game called Act As If.

Do you play?

I used to do it all the time, but now I'm going to be starting again. In fact, I was doing it a little last night.

If you don't know what it is, watch out for my post tomorrow.

For a long time, I think many of us were taught that growth had to feel difficult.

That healing meant digging through pain.

That change meant discipline.

That becoming wiser meant becoming more serious.

Yet one of the most beautiful things dolphin energy has taught me is that joy can be healing too.

Dolphins carry such a playful, curious energy. They remind me that lightness isn't the same as avoidance and laughter isn't a sign that we aren't taking life seriously enough.

Sometimes joy is exactly what helps us breathe again.

When I work with dolphin energy, I often feel encouraged to soften. To stop gripping so tightly. To remember that life isn't only a list of responsibilities, lessons and things that need fixing.

There is space for fun as well.

There is space for music, movement, silliness, curiosity and those spontaneous moments that make us smile before we've even had time to think about them.

I know how easy it is to lose touch with that side of ourselves.

We become busy.

We become responsible.

We focus on getting through the day.

Before long, joy starts to feel like something we have to earn once everything else is finished.

But everything is rarely finished.

There will always be another task, another idea or another problem waiting for our attention.

Dolphin energy reminds me that joy doesn't belong at the bottom of the list.

It belongs alongside everything else.

Sometimes a moment of laughter gives us more clarity than an hour of overthinking.

Sometimes doing something playful helps our energy shift when pushing harder only makes us feel stuck.

And sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is allow ourselves to feel happy without needing to justify it.

So today, I'm leaving you with a gentle reminder.

You don't have to wait until life is perfect before you enjoy it.

You are allowed to pause.

You are allowed to play.

You are allowed to choose something simply because it makes your heart feel lighter.

Joy isn't a distraction from your journey.

It may be one of the ways you find your way back to yourself.

If you'd asked me a few years ago what a typical day looked like, I probably wouldn't have known where to begin.

Even now, no two days are ever quite the same.

One day I'm tutoring students and helping them believe in themselves.

Another day I'm writing a new book.

The next, I'm creating a course, planning a workshop or spending time in the garden.

Some days I'm deep in conversation with my guardian angel or reflecting on a message that comes through during meditation. Other days, I'm outside with muddy hands, planting flowers and quietly appreciating the beauty that surrounds me.

To someone looking in from the outside, it might seem like I do lots of different things.

But to me, they're all connected.

Whether I'm teaching a child, helping a woman create a peaceful garden, guiding someone to connect with their guardian angel or writing a book that makes learning easier, the heart behind it never changes.

I simply want to leave people feeling a little more confident, a little more peaceful and a little more hopeful than they were before.

Of course, I still have days when I wonder how I'm going to fit everything in.

There are notebooks full of ideas.

Projects waiting to be finished.

Dreams that are still taking shape.

I've realised that's perfectly okay.

Life doesn't have to be completely organised before we allow ourselves to enjoy it.

Some of my happiest moments happen in the middle of the ordinary.

A cup of coffee while planning my next project.

A butterfly landing on a flower nearby in the garden.

A message that suddenly makes perfect sense.

A student smiling because they've finally understood something they thought they never would.

Those little moments remind me why I do what I do.

So nowadays, I don't chase a perfect life.

I look for meaningful moments instead.

And somehow, those moments have become the richest part of the journey.

I hope today gives you one small moment that reminds you just how beautiful ordinary life can be.

One of my favourite places to pause is my garden.

Not because it's perfect. Far from it.

There are always weeds to pull, pots that need watering and jobs waiting for another day. Like most gardens, it's constantly changing, growing and asking for a little more attention.

Yet when I step outside, something else happens.

The world becomes quieter.

I notice things I would have missed if I'd stayed rushing through the day.

The gentle movement of leaves in the breeze.

A bird appearing at just the right moment.

The scent of flowers carried on the air.

For me, the garden has never been just about growing plants.

It's a place where I feel closest to nature and where I often sense the presence of fairies and the beautiful nature spirits who care for the land. Whether you experience them as I do or simply appreciate the peace that nature brings, there's something deeply comforting about slowing down and becoming fully present.

I believe we all need places that remind us to breathe.

Places where our minds become quieter and our hearts become a little more open.

That's why I spend so much time encouraging women to create a garden they truly love. It isn't about having the biggest space or the most expensive plants. It's about creating somewhere that feels like a sanctuary.

A place where you can reconnect with yourself.

A place where inspiration arrives without forcing it.

A place where life feels just a little lighter.

Some of my best ideas have appeared whilst tending a flower bed or simply sitting with a cup of coffee, watching the bees move from bloom to bloom.

It's amazing what we notice when we stop trying so hard.

The magic hasn't suddenly appeared.

It was there all along.

We simply gave ourselves enough time to see it.

I hope you find a quiet moment this week to step outside, take a deep breath and notice the beauty that's already waiting for you.

One of the greatest lessons I've learnt hasn't come from a book.

It came from working with my earth dragon.

When most people think about dragons, they imagine strength, power and fire. Whilst those qualities certainly exist, my own experience has been very different. My earth dragon has taught me that real strength isn't always loud. Sometimes it's found in stillness.

There have been seasons when I've wanted everything to happen at once.

I wanted the business to grow faster.

I wanted projects finished yesterday.

I wanted every idea to become reality immediately.

The more I pushed, the more overwhelmed I became.

It wasn't until I slowed down that everything started to make sense.

Working with the earth dragon's energy has reminded me to stay grounded. Just like an ancient oak tree, we don't need to race to grow. Strong roots take time. They quietly spread beneath the surface long before anyone notices the branches above.

That's something I often remind myself of now.

Every blog I write.

Every lesson I teach.

Every woman I help.

Every seed I plant in my garden.

Every quiet conversation I have.

They're all roots.

Not every piece of work has to produce instant results. Some of the most meaningful things we create are growing in ways we simply can't see yet.

Whenever life begins to feel busy, I imagine my earth dragon beside me, encouraging me to slow my breathing, stand firmly where I am and focus on the next small step instead of trying to climb the whole mountain in one day.

It's amazing how much lighter life feels when we stop measuring our progress against everyone else's timeline.

We all have our own path.

We all have our own pace.

And sometimes the bravest thing we can do is trust that our roots are growing, even when nothing seems to be changing on the surface.

Today, if life feels a little overwhelming, perhaps your next step isn't to do more.

Perhaps it's simply to become a little more grounded.

A feeling that gently nudged me towards one choice instead of another.

Years ago, I probably would have dismissed those moments as a coincidence. Now, I see them differently.

Working with my guardian angel has taught me that guidance doesn't always arrive with flashing lights or dramatic signs. More often, it comes quietly, patiently and with incredible love.

I've also learnt that guidance doesn't take away our free will. We still have choices to make. We still have steps to take. Our guardian angel simply walks beside us, offering gentle encouragement if we're willing to pause long enough to notice.

One of the biggest changes in my own life has been learning to slow down.

When life becomes busy, it's easy to fill every quiet moment with noise. Yet I've found that the answers I'm looking for rarely appear when I'm rushing. They tend to arrive during a peaceful walk, while sitting in the garden or simply enjoying a quiet cup of coffee.

That's where I feel most connected.

Those gentle whispers have become one of my greatest sources of comfort, reminding me that I don't have to have everything figured out today. I only need to take the next step with an open heart and trust that I'm being guided exactly where I need to be.

I hope today brings you one of those quiet moments too.

Sometimes, that's where the greatest guidance is waiting.
