Supporting someone with their mental health can be rewarding, but it can also be difficult, worrying and, at times, lonely. Having somewhere to talk to people who understand can make a real difference.

Clay Cross Support Circle is a new, friendly monthly group for carers, family members and anyone supporting someone affected by mental health difficulties.

It’s a chance to meet others in a similar situation, share experiences, find support and information, or simply have a cuppa and a chat. You don’t need to have all the answers, and you don’t need to wait until things become difficult to seek a little support for yourself.

**First meeting: Wednesday 2 September**
**11am–1pm**

Only 1 in 4 people recognise the term “social prescribing”. Yet it could be just the support they need.
A recent YouGov survey for the National Academy for Social Prescribing found that just 24% of people in England recognise the phrase social prescribing.

So what actually is it, and how can it help?

⚽ Reboot at Chesterfield FC includes football-themed activities, sports, team-building, nutrition sessions and a free Chesterfield FC ticket for those who take part.
