Since the beginning of June we have attended 39 call-outs (pendant activations and adhoc calls)

We have requested an ambulance for 4 incidents

We have made the following referrals

5 to the out of hours GP
3 to district nurses
1 to the dementia rapid response team

We have prevented 35 unnecessary ambulance journeys saving the NHS approximately £9345 and approximately 70 ambulance crew hours
