Hello you beautiful souls out there - so it’s that time of year where you can buy vouchers for your family members or loved ones . The vouchers are going to range from the silver to the platinum packages .
If you want the Platinum package - you will get the
1. Physical session
2. The body code of the body, which will be 4 sessions - one a week for a month,
3. The Healy machine sending frequencies to your body .
The price for Christmas vouchers
For the platinum will be £155

The gold package will consist of :

She’s amazing

Meesh Denny will be a familiar face at Anahata. Not only will she be running the Spiral workshop on Saturday the 24th Sep, Meesh will be gracing us with her beautiful vocal sound baths each day of the retreat at 5pm.

In her work, Meesh uses a powerful emotional clearing tool that forms part of a process called the Spiral.

She uses muscle testing - a tried and tested method that works to access the energetic field of the body - to identify stuck emotion that is unseen to the conscious part of the mind.

Our emotions are in essence energies vibrating at certain frequencies, some are heavy and some are light. The emotions that we experience often get blocked in certain parts of the body, because the body is a direct extension of the subconscious part of the mind; The part where the emotion is trying to be processed.

This is why talking about our problems often doesn’t bring long lasting change. We have to allow the body and mind to let go of what’s being held onto (through forming into beliefs and stories) so we can liberate ourselves into a lighter easier way of being and feeling.

These body focused sessions work with the body’s energy centres, to identify and move what’s no longer serving you. We don’t need to know where it’s come from or what it means necessarily, we are simply allowing the body to show us where it wants to discharge what’s no longer needed.

Once the heavy, stuck emotion has a chance to release, through holding specific energetic points on the body and using our breath, new wisdom, clarity and insight can be found.

These sessions are gentle and safe. The body only ever brings up what it’s ready to let go of. You will leave feeling lighter, more free in spirit and connected in heart.
