End of an era. 🥺

Last Thursday was my final official teaching day at Studio44 | Reformer Pilates , and it was an emotional one.

I feel incredibly grateful for the last two years of teaching and for being an OG from the very beginning. 2 whole years has flown by, it’s been a blast. I’ve loved every minute of watching this community thrive, seeing so many of you grow in strength and confidence, and being part of the Studio 44 journey.

As an instructor, I’ve learnt and grown so much myself, and I truly hope I’ll continue teaching reformer Pilates in some way, shape, or form in the future.

Thank you to the team for being so supportive and for giving me this opportunity. And thank you to my gorgeous community for sharing in my love of Pilates and being an absolute joy to teach. 🫶🏼

Thursdays won’t be the same without my 7am Coffee Club and the ever-popular Strong JUMP class. 😜

As they say, when one door closes, another opens. Here’s to seeing where the next chapter takes me… ✨🤍

A beautiful Sunday spent at The Nap Club Retreat, hosted by the gorgeous ✨

It was such an honour to bring some Yang energy to the afternoon, kickstarting the retreat with a mindful Mat Pilates session. Also this studio space… stunning! 🤩

We then softened into deeply restorative Yin Yoga with Zoe, followed by guided meditation and tea rituals from , and of course the most blissful sound bath to finish.

I definitely enjoyed a little nap along the way 💤

An afternoon of rest, connection, and pure bliss. 🤍

Community really is everything ✨

At the heart of everything I do… the people. The ones who show up, support you, lift you, and celebrate every win — big or small. The ones who keep you accountable and remind you what you’re capable of. The familiar faces that slowly become friendships. The hugs & the high fives.

Because when you’re surrounded by the right people, it stops being just about fitness… it becomes connection, confidence, and something you actually look forward to. A space where people feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger. A community.

Hyrox LDN race recap 🙌🏻 🏁

Race 1. Hyrox Doubles with the machine who I chased down (& cursed) right until the bitter end… but what an absolute dream team we were!! 1:04 & 8th/820 in our age category 🙌🏻 Given it was a fairly last minute opportunity to step in & race, having never trained together before, I am SO chuffed 🤯🥹 I honestly didn’t know what we were capable of. Turns out, winging it is sometimes a great idea. 🥳

followed by Race 2. Relays with the ladies! 🩵 So proud of our team, we dug deep, we gave it our all & we crossed that line together & it was so much fun! (& somewhat chaotic! 🤪). Loved racing with you girls!!

Thanks to the best .fit coaches & community for being the biggest cheerleaders in the arena, & particularly for being the no.1 supporter/photographer/videographer there is! 📣 (we WILL get our race!!)

I can’t say I’m addicted to the sport but I won’t yet say never again … 👀
