Activities Co-ordinator – Care Home
Location: Hooklands Care Home, Bracklesham Bay, East Wittering
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £12.75-£13.25
Hours: 16 hours per week

As our Activities Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. You will plan, organise, and deliver a variety of engaging and meaningful activities tailored to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of individuals living in our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a varied programme of daily activities, including games, arts and crafts, music, exercise, reminiscence sessions, and outings.
• Encourage resident participation, ensuring activities are inclusive and adapted to individual needs.
• Build relationships with residents and families to tailor activities based on preferences and abilities.
• Work closely with care staff to support residents’ wellbeing.
• Maintain activity records and contribute to care plans.
Requirements:
• A caring attitude and ability to work respectfully in a care environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
