✨We are currently seeking a compassionate Senior Carer to join our team in providing high-quality care for for a clients in their own home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others.✨
*You will be required to have the on call phone every other weekend*
Monday to Friday Schedule! 📅
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility
- Implement individual care plans based on care needs
- Supervise and support clients in a caring and respectful manner
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients conditions
- Communicate effectively with families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help provide support with medication.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of clients living spaces and helping with meal preparation.
Skills:
- Good IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes on their phones via the company app.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with families, and colleagues
- Valid driving license and insurance to travel to and from clients.
- Ability to supervise and lead out in the care field.
- Good prior experience in care

The candidat must hold a full UK driving license. This is a domiciliary care role, so will require driving from client to client.
