To get the very best out of your Deluxe Hopi Ear Candling treatment…

-Wear comfy clothes-you will be lying on each side for about 10 to 15 minutes per ear while the candle burns down.

Wearing bulky clothes will feel restrictive which will not make you feel relaxed.

Basically, Think yoga class or loungewear

-Hydrate after to detox your body as the candle releases toxins

Hopi Ear Candling will make your ear infection or any type of ear problems worse if having the treatment so please do reschedule until your better.

Always speak up if you feel uncomfortable during your treatment, the whole point is to help you relieve your symptoms but if at any point you feel dizzy or just ‘’off’’we can take a pause or stop your treatment at any time.

I can finally share with you…..

When I started The Calming Room Cotswolds, I had 0 clients, 0 followers but the drive and the passion to pursue a business so close to my heart🩵

I wanted to help people all across the Cotswolds who were struggling with headaches, blocked sinuses, tinnitus, vertigo, and anxiety with natural holistic treatments like it helped me when I was experiencing headaches and anxiety all most daily🤯

I really wanted to give back, and I’m so glad I did!
