*****Covid and RSV vaccinations ******

Chirk Surgery has limited appointments available for Covid and RSV vaccinations for patients aged 75 years and over. When our clinics are all booked you will be contacted by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board vaccination team to attend one of the Mass Vaccination Centres in Wrexham. If you have been sent an appointment booking link to make your appointment at Chirk Surgery please use it within 7 days. You can also book via telephone on 01691 772434 or ask at our reception desk.
If you are 75 years or over and haven't received a booking link please contact the surgery to make your appointment.

If you have been sent an appointment booking link please make your appointment within 7 days of receiving the link as the link expires after 7 days. You can also book via telephone on 01691 772434 or ask at the reception desk.

If you are 75 years or over and haven't received a booking link please contact the surgery to make your appointment.
