🩶 A little update…

We’re taking orders again and I now have some much-needed help working through the outstanding order backlog.

There is still a slightly longer turnaround than usual while we catch up, but we’re hoping this will now only mean an additional two to three days rather than the longer delay.

So please do continue to order if you’re happy with the slightly extended processing time. 🩶

A personal update from me 🩶

Those of you who have followed Vitality Vitamin Vials for some time will know that I very rarely share anything about my personal life. However, I wanted to explain why things are going to be a little quieter than usual for a short while.

I have an extremely rare connective tissue disorder which, amongst other things, can cause significant tissue fragility. Unfortunately, I have unexpectedly ruptured the vastus lateralis muscle in my right thigh and I am currently in hospital receiving treatment.

I am under specialist orthopaedic care and will be seeing my own consultant next week, when we should have a clearer idea of the extent of the injury and whether reconstructive surgery will be required.

For now, I need to step away from the business for a short period and give my body the opportunity to recover. This may mean that orders, emails and messages take a little longer than usual, and I am incredibly grateful for your patience while I navigate the next few personally challenging weeks.

As soon as I know more, I will of course update you.

To every one of my awesome clients who has supported my business and continues to do so — thank you. Your kindness, loyalty and understanding mean more than you know, especially at the moment.

This is a temporary setback. As someone famous once said: I’ll be back! — bigger, stronger, with a brand-new website and other really exciting developments. The wait is going to be a little longer, but it will be sooo worth it! 💪🖤🩶💯

A unexpected update from me 🖤

I’ve unfortunately landed myself in hospital, so I’m going to do something I’m notoriously bad at and actually take a proper week off to recover.

Vitality Vitamin Vials will therefore be running a little more slowly than usual over the next week. Orders and messages may take longer than normal, so please bear with me while I concentrate on getting myself back on my feet.
