As our mindset shifts, our boundaries strengthen and we begin to see life differently, we may notice that some relationships no longer feel aligned with who we're becoming.

And that's okay. ❤️

Not everyone is meant to walk every step of the journey with us. Some people are there for a season, some for a lesson, and some continue to grow alongside us.

I did it! I'm so proud of myself! 🏅🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

3 weeks ago one of my friends posted about a triathlon she had done. Her first one. I was so pleased & proud of her but being totally honest I was envious too. I haven't done a tri for 8 years and I had kinda made a promise to myself that this year I was gonna do one. I had Fleetwood tri in mind as it gave me enough time to train. But excuses got in the way...it's too cold 🥶 it's too wet 🌧️, it's too hot 🥵 I'm too busy blah blah blah until I saw that post. It gave me the kick up my arse that I needed 🦵🏼 I asked the Internet for a 3 week training plan for a sprint triathlon. It said "3 WEEKS ISN'T ENOUGH TIME" 😂😂😂 So I carried on regardless. I swam 4 times, I biked 3 and did some brick sessions but last week the seasonal & back to school bugs got me so I didn't do much tbh. I officially signed up for the Fleetwood triathlon on Wednesday after seeing the weather was going to be ok 👍🏼 I arrived early. Sat on the beach connecting to source and asked for assistance from the air & water dragons to blow off any clouds & rain, to keep me focused, determined, and to enjoy it! And I did it!!! The sun was shining & the wind had settled 🌞 it was brill conditions.

Pleased with my times too.👍🏼

Just go and do the thing ur thinking about doing. Be brave, be strong and have fun 😊❤️✨ now I'm off to rub my well worked muscles 😂

If it has paws, claws, hooves, feathers, scales… or pretty much ANY kind of animal print, there’s a 100% chance I’m going to stop and talk to it. 🐾😂
I don’t care if it’s a dog, horse, cat, bird, cow, spider (maybe at a distance 😆) or some random creature I’ve never seen before… I’ll be there having a full-blown conversation like we’re old friends. 🤣
