Kundalini Yoga with Beth Morgan

Kundalini Yoga with Beth Morgan Kundalini yoga classes in South Manchester and Manchester City Centre. Kundalini Yoga will meet you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is over 5000 year old and is often called the Mother of all yogas or the yoga of awareness. It is a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam(breathing), mantra and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self healing and mental elevation. It is regarded as one of the fastest working yoga’s in bringing about change in the body, mind and spirit. It is very power

ful and it works fast. Who is Kundalini Yoga for? Kundalini yoga is for EVERYBODY regardless of their age or physical ability - you don't have to be particularly flexible or fit. It is a perfect form of yoga for beginners yoga right through to the more advanced. All you need is an open mind, a desire to improve your life - to become the bigger, brighter YOU. Kundalini yoga is a great match for our current times, it will help you cope with the challenges and stresses of life. If you are interested in self-development, would like to improve your physical, emotional, and/or mental health, if you would like to learn how to connect to your soul, how to increase or develop your intuition than it is definitely something for you. A Kundalini Yoga Class

No previous experience of yoga is required for you to achieve results in your very first class. The class will be a combination of movement, breath, mantra and meditation all in the same class, It is the connection of body, mind and spirit. There are thousands of different sets of exercises so every class will be different. Some classes can be very dynamic and some very calming and meditative. Kundalini yoga is done with your eyes closed, so you are focusing within, also no one will be looking at what you are doing. In Kundalini yoga classes we use chants and sing sometimes too. if you are inhibited by singing don't worry about that, the music in the class will be loud enough so that no one will hear you. Alternatively you can just listen to the mantra rather than sing – it is still very effective to listen to it. Benefits of Kundalini Yoga

A regular practice of Kundalini Yoga will help balance the glandular system and strengthen the nervous system – the guardians of our health, it will also expand your lung capacity and purify the blood. It will help you deal with different emotions and health issues such as fear, anxiety, stress, depression, digestive problems. Our capacity for creative potential will be heightened. A deep security within is established and thus sense of inner peace is present. Many that practice Kundalini Yoga regularly report more happiness and joy in life, the ‘fog’ lifting away , more radiance, a release of negative habits, healing emotional ‘baggage’, greater focus and clarity, more abundance flowing, more fun in life, discovering purpose and destiny, finding great relationships, stepping into one’s power…….. the list goes on and on. The important aspect here is that we have incredible potential within us and we need to peel back the layers, release what no longer serves us and live that potential. Kundalini Yoga will leave you feeling better, energised, lighter and inspired

What do you think of when you hear the word miracle?

Do you picture something extraordinary?
A dramatic event that changes everything overnight?

I’ve actually found that the biggest shifts rarely happen overnight and that they come through consistency with small daily practices.

Getting on your mat each morning, tuning into yourself, taking a breath and committing that time to your practice whatever that may be.

Over time these simple little acts all add up and begin to change you from the inside out.

You become calmer, more present, more aware. You start noticing the signs, the opportunities and the new possibilities that may have always been there, but you were too busy or overwhelmed to see.

Perhaps that’s where Miracles begin 💫!

As those internal shifts begin to happen, we often find our outer world starts to change too.

That’s why I love running my online sadhanas.

They create the space and support for you to build a regular practice, while also bringing together a beautiful community of people who encourage each other along the way. There’s something incredibly special about knowing we’re all getting on our mats each morning from our own homes, sharing the sacred time and journey.

This Saturday we begin our Miracle Mantra LIVE Sadhana, and I’d love to have you join us.

This is a journey to:-

Build Radiance, Expand your Possibilities and Awaken the Miracle POTENTIAL within you.

Join me LIVE every morning from 8/8 for 8 days of practice, with a special Full Moon session to complete our journey and anchor in the Miracle Codes together.

Suitable for all levels…

🌾 Lughnasa Blessings 🌾

Today we arrive at the fixed date for Lughnasa (or Lammas) – the first harvest festival in the Celtic Wheel of the Year.

Lughnasa is traditionally celebrated on 1st August, although the true astronomical midpoint between the Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox falls on 7th August this year.

It is a time to pause and recognise what has grown.

Nature is abundant still. The fields are full, the fruits are ripening and the first crops are ready to be gathered. Although Summer is still with us, we can begin to sense the first subtle turning towards Autumn.

Just as the Earth pauses to gather its harvest, Lughnasa invites us to do the same.

Rather than rushing forwards, we take a moment to appreciate all that we have created, learnt and experienced so far this year. It is also an opportunity to notice what no longer supports our growth. As the plants naturally release what has finished flowering, we too can let go of habits, commitments or beliefs that no longer serve us.

A few beautiful questions to reflect on today…

✨ Where can I recognise the abundance already present in my life?

✨ What am I celebrating and giving thanks for?

✨ What am I ready to release as the wheel turns towards Autumn?

If you’d like to honour Lughnasa with me, there are two beautiful ways to join me this weekend and onwards…

🌾 Tomorrow in Manchester – our Lughnasa Celebration at St Clements with Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, live music and drumming with Mat Pickles, plus plenty of community, herbal teas and sweet treats. LAST FEW SPACES 💫🌾

✨ Or celebrate from home with my 75-minute pre-recorded Lughnasa practice and beautiful PDF, including self enquiry prompts, affirmations and a simple home ritual.

Booking links for both are in my bio and Stories.

May this season remind you that there is already so much abundance in your life, and so much to celebrate.

Happy Lughnasa. 🌾💛

Love Always
