It’s a beautiful morning over in Mudeford.

Come & catch me upstairs, The Noisy Lobster Avon Beach for our July Sound Bath.

Today we’ll be looking at intentions. Life has a funny way of filling us up with things we never asked to carry - stress, worries, self-doubt, old conversations, expectations, tension, and sometimes emotions we haven’t even had time to process. We often don’t realise how much we’re holding onto until we finally give ourselves permission to slow down.

Let’s pause, reset, and start the month with self care and mindfulness.
