Due to an exciting growing programme of work, we are looking for surf coaches to join our team!

Good rates of pay and a brilliant team around you!

You will be:

💦 A qualified surf instructor and surf life saver award
💦 Experienced working with children
💦 Have a passion for changing lives and for working with marginalised, disadvantaged and under-represented communities

Work is flexible throughout August to October this year and beyond, based mainly in Boscombe

Bridget came to us with the aim of having at least one surf lesson in her lifetime. Yesterday, that dream became a reality, and what a beautiful day it was ☀️🌊
Bridget lives with the long-term health condition MS, and she’s a wonderful reminder that physical challenges don’t have to stand in the way of chasing and fulfilling your dreams. Her determination and willingness to face a new challenge was inspiring. With perfect knee-high waves, warm sunshine, and plenty of laughter, we shared a morning of ocean therapy together. Watching Bridget catch waves and embrace the experience was a privilege, and we’re so proud that she chose us to help her embrace her first steps into surfing.

If you have an adult in your life that would like to push through any physical or emotional boundaries with the help of our ocean therapy, get in touch. We can adapt our surf and paddle board sessions to accommodate individual needs.

Calling any Padel (not paddle!) enthusiasts! We are excited that Preston Redman Solicitors is hosting a Padel Networking Event with proceeds going towards our organisation 💙
