It's that time of year again when we have had lots of messages about the course from people trying to decide which course to do.
Whichever courses you look into please consider the following:
Accreditation: We are accredited academic providers with RAMP-Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners which means that we meet the gold standard level of training. We are also accredited by the IVCA - International Veterinary Chiropractic Association which means that for those that wish to, you are eligible to sit the certification examinations at the end of the course.
We are also recognised by the The Royal College of Chiropractors for our exit points and membership progression.
Content: We believe chiropractic is a multifaceted profession rather than solely a manipulative technique. With that in mind the course contains practice management, after care, rehabilitation, digital marketing, exotic animals (what to do with something that isn't a horse or dog), reflective learning and case discussion.
Classes: We believe that you should be confident and practice ready at the end of the course so that you can immediately begin animal practice. This means practical learning is vital. To ensure sufficient hands on time our class sizes are kept small and tutor to student ratio is never more than one to four.
Yes our course is in the north-east of England. That means we have everything on site, there's plenty of great value accommodation and that people can fly into Newcastle airport, train it to Newcastle or dive easily up the A1. We have had students attend the course from all over the world including New Zealand, Dubai, Germany, Austria, South Africa, Canada, Ireland, Northern Ireland as well as more locally from Scotland and the south of England.
