We just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has followed us over the last few months.

We don’t post images and videos on our page of people taking part in our sessions. Why?? We support people with emotional and physical health and wellbeing challenges to build resilience. That doesn’t happen if there are loads of people watching on social media.

What we do is provide people with the space to learn, reconnect with nature, and calm their deregulated nervous systems. So far this summer we have almost 10 people through our 8 session courses. All of the hard work and effort we put into supporting people has been self funded so far with funding hopefully on the way to help us keep this going through the exciting winter months.

So, thank you to Maz, Jo, Lou and Sarah for supporting the back office operations, to Jo and Maz for delivering the sessions with love, gratitude and support.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who has engaged with the service so far and helped to shape what we do.

This week is local Mind week which celebrates the Mind network in England, Wales and the Channel Isles.

Local Mind week is an opportunity to build public understanding and shine a spotlight on the vital role local Minds play in the communities they serve.

Do you know your units? This is a really useful tool if you are thinking you may need to reduce. A small reduction is a big start. 😊
