Wow August you were truly magical - so much fun, adventure, laughing, exploring, relaxing, grounding.

I feel so unbelievably lucky that I get to experience true freedom of living whilst also honouring the success, influence and visibility I crave.

In between nights in tents, days on the beach I have been working in and on my business, nurturing relationships, building stronger offerings and delivering to the clients who are in my world.

Please remember to live your life and stop waiting for the external validation that gives you the permission. You are it already

External validation isn’t the enemy.

When you already hold self-trust and genuinely love who you are, validation becomes something completely different.

🔸 It stops being the fuel and becomes the amplifier: proof of the ripple you’re already creating
🔸 Seeing people lit up by your work builds momentum for more impact, and that’s exactly what it’s for

Comment APP for the daily work that builds the self-trust first. 💛

“When I get X, then I’ll feel Y.”

The money, the promotion, the client, even the holiday. We hand our feelings to conditions, and then wonder why arrival never feels like we imagined.

🔸 Anything outside of you that decides how you feel is holding power over you, and no place or number has ever been able to hold that responsibly
🔸 The goal isn’t to want less, it’s to feel it now and let the wanting come from fullness instead of lack

Comment MASTERY to break the pattern. 💛

If you’re not getting what you want, I have a sneaky suspicion that you don’t actually want it.

Consciously, of course you do. But your subconscious is running one of two programmes underneath, and it’s worth knowing which.

🔸 One: you don’t truly want it. It was shiny on someone else, or it’s a condition you’ve held over yourself for years, the thing that finally gives you permission to feel good
🔸 Two, the stickier one: you do want it, but what it means threatens who you’ve been. The identity, the attention, even the community that came with the struggle
🔸 Your subconscious isn’t blocking you out of spite, it’s protecting a self it knows how to be. There’s too much comfort in the discomfort

Comment MASTERY if you’re ready to untangle it. 💛

You can thank me later…

This is the real reason you’re scared of being called lazy.

For female leaders it’s rarely about laziness at all. It’s the fear that if you take your foot off the gas, you lose your edge, and then you won’t get what you want.

🔸 If you have a high-achieving, hyperactive mind, chances are you’ve hit freeze mode before, and it got labelled lazy, then not trying, then not deserving
🔸 So now you out-hustle your entire system rather than risk the label, and call the burnout ambition
🔸 But a body that’s never allowed to restore will always be looking for a permission slip, and rest is not where your edge goes to die, it’s where it’s made

1. Breathwork. The most regulating and liberating practice you will ever experience. I will die on this hill.
2. Touch grass. Literally just get out there on the grass.
3. Do, Defer, Delegate, Delete. A game changer for the to-do list, and it stops entire projects hiding on there as one innocent little “action” too.
4. Reduce screen time, including TV. Harder than it should be, but the difference is huge, especially before bed. We all know what sleep is worth.
5. Watch my coffee intake, and skip alcohol completely.
6. Hug. Properly embrace the people you love and let the oxytocin do its thing. It will make you feel incredible.
7. Trashy romcom novels. Escapism without too much stimulation is a real joy.
8. Gratitude journal. I don’t care how cheesy it is, it’s an absolute game changer, and you’re a fool if you’re sitting there stressed out and not doing it. (Calling you a fool has given me an instant vulnerability complex, but I’m really trying to motivate you here.)

And the truth of it is this. The real work sits in the Mastery of your inner world. That’s what makes five minutes on the grass or in breathwork actually bring you back to freedom and presence, so you can lead boldly and stay magnetic in your content, on your calls, and in front of the people who matter.

It works.

I’ve built the whole thing into The Feminine Edge app, so the practices live in your pocket instead of your good intentions.

Comment APP and I’ll send you the way in.

I think we could do with more people pleasers in this world.

Because at the heart of being a people pleaser is a real desire to create impact, to bring joy, to make the world genuinely better, and somewhere along the way we were taught to be ashamed of that.

🔸 The trait was never the problem, the fuel was: pleasing that runs on fear and external validation will drain you every time 🔸 Reframed as leadership, that same attunement becomes deep purpose and care, the exact qualities the world is short of 🔸 The shift is identity: from the woman who overextends to be needed, to the woman who resources herself first and leads from care

Comment APP if you’re ready to resource the people pleaser in you. 💛
