Not a bad view for a Thursday workspace! 🌞 😎

Set up in a client’s home today and the weather is absolutely beautiful. Honestly, being a mobile sports massage therapist means I get to meet the best people and work in the coziest spots.
Not to mention the animals I get to fuss 🐶 😺

I’m officially knackered and very ready for some rest.

I’ll be back at work on 2nd January. I may dip in and out of messages over the holidays, but my main focus for the next couple of weeks is some much-needed rest and relaxation, so I’ll reply as soon as I can.

It’s all about the little wins!

I’ve been working with my client for a while now — his job is incredibly physical, and all those impressive gym gains have left him with very limited shoulder mobility.

But on Saturday, we hit a breakthrough! He was able to lie in this position and said, “I’ve not been able to lie like this in a very long time.”

Progress like this might seem small, but it means a lot! 👏🏻💪🏻
