Darren has been using our High Intensity PEMF bed for the past few months before launch as one of our case studies, and I still wish I’d filmed his reaction after his second session.

In this video I talk through what makes our Red Light Therapy Bed so amazing, but what I really want you to know is what red light therapy can actually do for you.

We kept a lot of secrets around what was going to be on offer here at Sōma Sana (and I am terrible at keeping secrets! 🤫), but we can finally reveal exactly what’s inside.

We’ve spent the past 2 years sourcing our equipment and technology from all over the world, bringing some amazing innovations to Cumbria. The county’s first High Intensity PEMF, the first On-Demand Reformer Studio, the first Lymphatic Roller device, and the first clinic offering MAP Health’s comprehensive biomarker testing.

What makes me most proud isn’t just that these are firsts for Cumbria. It’s that they’re among the very first of their kind anywhere in the UK.

Living in Cumbria often means waiting years for things to make their way here. This time, it’s the other way round, some of the best health & wellness services and technology has landed here in Cockermouth before most of the country has it! Now we have access to these amazing things without having to travel across the country to find them.
