We bought a bell tent!!

Because apparently this is what happens when × start having ideas together…

Our brand new bell tent has officially landed at Hollyhock and we are SO excited about what this little space could become.

Think movement. Sound baths. Reiki. Mama & Me sessions. Crafts. Creativity. Workshops. Connection. Time to switch off.
Space to just be. 🧘🏾‍♀️

And this is only the beginning 👀

A huge thank you for giving us the chance to re-home one of your bell tents!

Now she needs a name…

How do you describe a feeling to someone who’s never experienced it before?

At the end of one of our sessions last weekend, we asked everyone to share just one word to sum up their experience…

Freeing.
Relaxing.
Taller.
Calm.
Energised.
Hopeful.
Regulated.
Magical.
Grateful.

The same session, yet each person took away something completely different, simply by showing up and taking part.

A little reminder that movement shouldn’t be about the way you look… it should be about how it makes you feel. 💛

Is this the call you’ve been waiting for? 🌼

Listen, I know it’s cheesy (and ironic given how many calls I ACTUALLY screen on a daily basis … anyone else 👀?) but genuinely, if I was able to call you all to tell you about Movers & Makers programmes this summer … I would.

So this video post this is the next best thing.

Movers & Makers is a chance for mums and children to connect, get crafty (even if that’s your idea of hell - we got you covered). Join us for mindful movement, creative (easy!) crafts and most of all… connection … ok most of all… caffeine. There will be caffeine 😉
