We had a beautiful Meditation session last night. I was guided to focus on the spark of light inside our hearts and how everyone has this whether they see it or not. From an expanded perspective of light (information) we focused on healing relationships. There was some lovely feedback. No surprise, our cards confirmed our focus before we'd even started. We had some number sequence hits before and after: 444 while prepping for the evening. 21:21 at the end.

We had a lovely group here in Feering and was joined by a lady from London on Zoom. Lovely connections and profound messages. We were left with a feeling of inner peace.

Meditations held on the third Monday of every month, 8.00pm in Feering and via Zoom. £11 a session.

I love holding space and seeing clients relax deeply. Each session has three stages. The first stage is to talk about what is going on for the client, allowing sometimes deeply buried things from your inner child to be brought to the surface. This simply wants to be acknowledged. The middle part is the healing where we release and entrain the energy body to align with our true essence, grounding this into the physical body. The final stage is to share our experience of the healing. Sometimes deep, profound wisdom is revealed. Sometimes it's about what was felt in the body.

I work with the Angelics, Ascended Masters, Starbeings, The Divine Presence and occasionally loved ones from spirit come in. Each session is unique and aligned to your highest needs.
