Back home from a lovely holiday, and I was greeted by something very special waiting for me. 🌿
I'm so grateful to have received my second certificate and to now be officially registered as a Certified Hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Not every wellbeing moment happens in a treatment room.
I was sitting in a hotel restaurant when a lady mentioned she could barely lift her arm above shoulder height.
With just one gentle Emmett Technique move, we noticed a visible change in her range of movement within minutes.

My client came to me with neck stiffness and pain. During the hypnosis session you can see her neck beginning to move and release naturally on its own. By the end β€” the stiffness and pain were completely gone.
