Today is my wedding anniversary (swipe to see our wedding day & the gorgeous boy we've made since!)

& I can't help but think... how proud this little Jade would be?

The husband, the child, the secure home & all the chaos that comes with? A business supporting families in the most transformative time of their life? That was once a little girls dream 🥹

So on the hard days, tiring days, difficult or overwhelming days.. I'm learning to think of her - because once upon a time... this was all she dreamt about ✨️

& now it's reality 🥹

I am so very proud to announce I am a certified breastfeeding counsellor 🥹

I knew I had a gap in my knowledge, so when I saw this course, I knew I needed to do it & I have learnt SO much 🥹

I'm so excited to apply this learning with clients in the future 🥰

I'm never going to be the doula who encourages you, breast over bottle... but I do now have the knowledge of just HOW beneficial breastfeeding is and the tools to support you if that's the journey you choose, so I can truly help you make that informed decision 🤍

Thank you to Shelley, who has supported me through the course and has been an absolute rock when I've struggled, thrived, or needed some motivation 🫶🏾

If you've been craving a space where you can simply be—without pressure, expectations, or judgement—I'd love to welcome you to my Doula Drop-In this Thursday 🫶🏾

Whether you're newly postpartum, finding your feet in motherhood, or simply looking for connection, this space is here for you 😘

Come for a chat.
Come for reassurance.
Come because you need a change of scenery.

Or come because you just want someone to make you a cuppa you actually get to finish 🥰

There's no expectation to have it all together here.

Babies are welcome exactly as they are - feeding, crying, sleeping or wanting cuddles. Motherhood isn't tidy, and neither is this space.

As a postnatal doula, I'll be there to offer gentle emotional support, answer any questions you might have, and help you feel seen and held, whatever season of motherhood you're in.
