✨A warm welcome to Go Run Coleraine!✨
👏Starting tonight

We are excited to see another Go Run NI (TOWN) group launching tonight and helping more people experience the benefits of running together.

If you've been thinking about getting involved in a local running group, now is the perfect time to start.
📍Meeting at Lir Coffee @ Coleraine Marina Council Offices
📆Every Monday evening
⏱️@ 6 30pm
💁‍♂️Run Leader is Niall

Our sessions are:
☑️Completely free
☑️A relaxed 30 minute social run
☑️Suitable for all abilities
☑️Focused on fun, friendship and community
☑️All our leaders hold a LiRF or CiRF licence

Today isn’t about pace, medals or PBs.
It’s about movement, community and the simple act of putting one foot in front of the other.

Running
• builds confidence
• creates friendships
• improves health and fitness
• supports mental health
• helps people through difficult times
• and brings people together from all walks of life

Some are training for ultras.
Some are running their first 5K.
Some are just trying to feel a little better than yesterday.

And every single one of those journeys matters.

So today we celebrate:
🏃 The early morning miles
🌊 The North Coast trails
☕ The post-run coffees
💬 The conversations mid-run
👏 The encouragement from others
🔥 And the courage it takes to simply start.
