Does anyone know of any mental health courses? I’m already ASIST trained, have completed Level 1 in Mental Health and Wellbeing, and I’m just waiting on my Level 2 results. I’ve looked locally but can’t seem to find anything, so I’m happy to do courses either in person or online. Any suggestions would be amazing. 😊

Introducing A Space to Breathe - a free, pharmacist-led wellbeing group for women 18+, delivered by the Zachary Geddis Trust in partnership with Boots Asda Pharmacy, Coleraine.

Starting Monday 14th September, 11am-1pm at our Coleraine centre. This small, supportive group of 12-15 women runs for 14 sessions through to June 2027, led by pharmacist Sinead Bond alongside our ZGT team, with guest sessions from local support organisations.

Whether you're managing stress, low mood, or isolation, or simply want a supportive space to prioritise your wellbeing, this group is for women aged 18+ in the Causeway Coast and Glens area. Topics could include medication and health awareness, stress management, menopause and women's health, confidence, peer support, and more. All shaped around what the group needs.

It's a safe, welcoming, trauma-informed space with a consistent circle of faces and no pressure - just support.

Half of 2026 is already gone

Hundreds of thousands of people across the world have lost their lives to su***de this year already

But those numbers didn’t start with someone wanting to die

They started with someone feeling like a burden
Someone believing nobody would understand
Someone saying they’re fine because they didn’t want to worry anyone
Someone silently hoping that just one person would notice they weren’t okay

Su***de doesn’t just happen overnight

It happens after days weeks months or even years of carrying pain that feels too heavy to hold alone

It happens when people stop believing tomorrow could be different

We talk about mental health more than ever but too many people are still suffering in silence because they’re scared of being judged ignored or treated differently

Please don’t wait until someone is gone to tell them they matter

Check on the quiet ones
Check on the people who are always making everyone else laugh
Check on the ones who always say they’re okay without hesitation

💜 brighter day Boxes Are Coming This Friday 💙

This little project means a lot to me, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you all.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been putting together something that I hope can bring a little comfort, encouragement, and happiness to people’s days. Sometimes we all need a reminder to slow down, take care of ourselves, and remember that we matter.

That’s why I’ve created two brighter day Boxes
