I’m not one these people who grumble when the UK comes to a stand still in extreme heat.

If you are…just remember hot countries have..

acclimatised population

and working hours to accommodate for extreme midday heat

At Bro-ga though we don’t stop for sun, snow, storms or floods

Tonight and tomorrow we’re running our classes.

We’re adapting the class to suit the conditions as no one wants to be fast flowing in a puddle of bodily fluids!

We Go On!

Oh I forgot to mention, the ice cold beers to end the class will be extremely refreshing tonight

Meet Leah

Yoga is my compass. It helps me stay on course.

I love sharing yoga and am inspired by watching people do something good for themselves… and coffee!

After dabbling in yoga in my early 20s, I dove fully into it after having my children and fell in love with the physical challenge. I took a teacher training to learn more about the practice, and that’s when everything started to shift. Since then, I’ve completed additional training and love learning new practices and teaching techniques.

I also love finding local yoga studios when I’m on holiday for inspiration.

When I wake up, I make a strong coffee, take in the forest views outside my window, and aim to spend the day doing everything with love. ❤️

Although Axel's voice was not how it was in their hey day, G'n'R were an epic watch.

Their energy was spot on, the band were tight.

To watch Slash, arguably the greatest guitarist of all time was from the bucket list.

Respect to these guys, they changed their lifestyle [might not have been a complete overhaul]

Which enabled them to perform at the top in their 60's.

And I heard Rolling Stones are ready to tour next year and they're in their 80's.

Get in the cold, get out quickly, get warm then go to a bar.

In my book some things don’t mix and are destined for the scrap heap.
