I loved receiving this feedback about my free Feel Like Yourself Again guide.

I created it for women who’ve become so busy managing life and looking after everyone else that they’ve lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way.

It combines gentle advice with space to pause, reflect and journal, helping you consider how you’re really feeling, what you need and what might help you reconnect with yourself.

No pressure to have everything figured out. Just some time to think about you for a change.

You can download your free copy through the link in my bio.

If you’ve spent the week working, organising, remembering and looking after everyone else, perhaps this is the pause you need.

The Evening Reset is two quiet hours to step away from everyday life and make some space for yourself.

We’ll use gentle journalling, mindfulness and conversation to help you slow down, take stock and think about what you need next.

No pressure. No need to arrive feeling calm or have anything figured out. Just come as you are.

Nothing groundbreaking.

A walk. Something nice to eat. Fresh air. A bit of time with people I love.

But these are often the things that make a week feel good.

No perfect routine required.

What’s been one good thing in your week?

The Evening Reset isn’t about fixing your entire life in two hours.

It’s a chance to step away from the noise, slow down and hear yourself think.

We’ll use gentle reflection, journalling, mindfulness and honest conversation to help you take stock of where you are and what you need next.

No pressure to share. No expectation to have anything figured out.

I first discovered Bags of Soul when a friend sent me one as a gift. I was so impressed by how beautifully it was presented and by the thought and care that had gone into creating it.

Each bag is filled with a hand-curated collection of gifts inspired by its own theme, including Sunshine, Healing and Reflection. They feel personal, meaningful and created to bring a little comfort, encouragement or joy.

I’m delighted to now be working with Bags of Soul. They’re a wonderful female-led business, and their thoughtful approach to gifting sits so naturally alongside the care and wellbeing at the heart of Cheshire Health Coaching.

I’m really looking forward to sharing more of their beautiful gifts with you.

It’s strange how a camera roll can show you what your mind forgets.

We tend to remember the unfinished jobs, the plans that changed and the weeks we didn’t quite get right.

But this was happening alongside all of it: people, places, meals, walks, laughter, ordinary days and moments I’d almost forgotten.

A life doesn’t begin when everything is finally sorted.

It is accumulating quietly, while we’re busy believing we’re behind.

Your life is happening now.

“But I already know what I need to do.”

I hear versions of this a lot, and the truth is, most of the women I work with DO know.

They don’t need me to tell them that vegetables are good for them, that movement matters or that getting enough sleep is probably a better idea than scrolling until midnight.

They’ve often tried to make changes before too.

The interesting bit isn’t what you know.

It’s what happens between knowing something would be good for you and actually being able to make it part of your life.

Maybe you’re exhausted by the end of the day. Maybe you’re trying to change too much at once. Maybe you’re brilliant at looking after everyone except yourself. Maybe you’ve spent years doing things in an all-or-nothing way. Or maybe the advice you’ve been following simply doesn’t fit the reality of your life.

That’s where coaching comes in.

I’m not there to hand you another list of rules. I’m there to help you understand what’s getting in the way, work out what matters to you and turn what you already know into changes you can actually live with.

Because knowledge isn’t usually the missing piece.

If you know what you “should” be doing but can’t seem to make it stick, that’s exactly the kind of thing we can talk about on a free discovery call.

What a brilliant evening with a truly wonderful group of women at tonight’s Evening Reset, organised by Her Space Congleton. Thank you so much for having me ✦

I also took along the beautiful bags from Bag of Soul Gifts as part of our collaboration, and they went down an absolute storm.

I left feeling genuinely blown away by the women in the room. Their openness, honesty and strength. There’s something incredibly powerful about women coming together, sharing their experiences and realising they’re not alone.

A very special evening 🤍

One of the things I see again and again is how long we can carry on when things don’t feel quite right.

We’re functioning. We’re going to work. We’re looking after people. We’re getting through the to-do list.

So we tell ourselves we’re fine.

Maybe we’re just tired. Maybe work is particularly busy. Maybe we’ll feel better after the weekend, the holiday, the next deadline.

And because nothing is terribly wrong, it can feel as though there’s no real reason to ask for help.

But I don’t think support should only come when you’ve reached the point where you can’t carry on.

You can want more energy.

You can want to sleep better, feel less overwhelmed, look after your health, make time for yourself or simply feel more like the person you remember being.

You don’t need to justify wanting your life to feel better.

That’s the work I do through Feel Like Yourself Again, my 6-week 1:1 coaching programme.

If this post feels a little too familiar, you can book a free discovery call through the link in my bio. There’s no pressure and no obligation, it’s simply a chance to talk about what’s going on and whether coaching might be the right next step.
