That’s almost a wrap for me -time for my summer break. I’m fully booked Monday. Normal service resumes in September. I will try and respond to queries when I’m off but may be some lengthy delays.

A heartfelt thank you ❤️

After two wonderful years, my chair-based exercise class at the social club is sadly coming to an end.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported the class, joined in, laughed, exercised and shared so many lovely moments together. You have all meant more to me than you probably realise, and I hope you’ve got as much out of the classes as I have.

It’s been wonderful seeing friendships grow and new friendships made along the way. ❤️

I also hope everyone continues to appreciate and support our wonderful social club, and all it does to bring people together.

Completely revamped much more professional and informative look with the addition of my new treatment/skills as well as the merging of the blood health tests all on one site.

I am also a Level 4 qualified Personal Trainer with specialist modalities including backpain, diabetes & rehabilitation.

I’m at work for two full weeks then I’m taking a summer break.

My working hours on Mon & wed will slightly change the next couple weeks.
