WEEK 1-2: Skin adjusts. Some breakouts may surface as pores clear.
WEEK 3-4: Inflammation begins to settle. Texture improves. Tone is still uneven.
WEEK 5-6: Fewer new breakouts, smaller when they appear, faster to heal.
WEEK 8-12: Post-inflammatory marks begin to fade. The skin starts looking like the version you wanted.

6 weeks is the honest assessment. Dont judge a routine before then.
