🚨 NEW TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT – PLAYERS WANTED 🚨

We’re launching a brand new U13 Girls Sunday League team for September 2026 under Thurrock Borough FC ⚽💚💛

This team will be run by She Plays Project, built on the same strong principles as She Plays Project but at Thurrock Borough FC– confidence, development, and opportunities on and off the pitch.

🔥 Looking for:• Current Year 7 (going into Year 8)• Current Year 6 (going into Year 7)• Mid to high level players ready for a new challenge

🏆 What’s on offer:• Playing in the ECGL League• Pathway to JPL level at U14s• Clear long-term vision → become a Women’s First Team in 4 years• Potential coaching support from Southend United youth setup• Strong links with local charities (violence awareness & mental health support)

💷 Costs:• £150 per player (includes home & away kit, pitches & refs)• £20 per month (September–May) for training on 3G facilities

We’re proud to announce the launch of Thurrock Borough FC, a new Sunday men’s team joining the Sceptre League for the 2026 season.

Built right here in Thurrock, our vision goes beyond just football. We’re committed to growing a club that represents the community, working closely with the local council, Active Essex, and Public Health England to promote participation, wellbeing, and opportunity through the game.

This is just the beginning. Over time, we aim to expand responsibly — adding women’s teams, youth pathways, and additional men’s sides at a sustainable pace, ensuring the club develops the right way both on and off the pitch.
