We are offering FREE blood pressure checks for anyone over the age of 40 and not on blood pressure medication already that would like this. All you need to do is pop into the pharmacy, ask one of the counter team and we will complete a FREE blood pressure check for you NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY 😁

When we do this we are able to send readings directly to your GP 👍

Good morning, please could we kindly remind all patients that have signed up for our robot collection service to collect their prescriptions within 3 days of receiving the code by text. Unfortunately we are having to remove a few every day due to them not being collected in time. This means extra work for our team ☹️

On a positive note, the collect machine at the front of the pharmacy is working very well for patients that have signed up and collect within the 3 days. If anyone would like to sign up for this service just pop into the pharmacy and ask for a form or give us a call on 01249 712000.

Our robot collection service is working very well, giving us more space within the pharmacy and making it much easier for patients who have signed up for this service. We will be contacting patients over the next few weeks to ask if they would like to use this service, if you would like to sign up then please just give us a call on 01249 712000 and we can arrange it for you. Once signed up patients will receive a text message with a 4 digit code as soon as their prescription is placed into the machine, you then have 3 days to collect at your convenience, just come to the front of the pharmacy, enter the code and collect your parcel. If you pay for prescriptions there is a card payment machine for you to do this.

We have found many patients prefer to use this service, therefore we would like to ensure everyone is able to sign up if they want to 😁

We are pleased to offer a 24/7 Prescription Collection service, providing a convenient and secure way for you to collect your medication at a time that suits you.

Once registered, your prescriptions can be placed in our secure system, allowing you to collect your medication anytime – day or night, 7 days a week.

How it works:
•Speak to a member of our pharmacy team in-store or call us to sign up for the service.
•When your prescription is ready, it will be placed in the secure machine.
•You will receive a text message with a secure code to access your medication whenever it’s convenient for you.

Please note:
•This service is not available for Controlled Drugs (CDs) or refrigerated items.

Enjoy fast, secure, and flexible prescription collection – available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Happy new year to all of our wonderful patients and customers we hope you all had a great time 🥳

Once again thank you for all of your support over the last year, as always both ourselves and the doctors surgeries are extremely busy. Please could we ask that patients give a minimum of 3 working days from requesting routine repeat prescriptions to collecting from the pharmacy 🙏. Ideally 5 working days would result in no waiting for your prescription to be made up and checked, however we do understand that some prescriptions are for antibiotics etc and therefore will always ensure these are done asap

We hope that 2026 brings happiness and joy to everyone 😁

Good morning, we have some Covid and flu vaccinations left so will be running a clinic tomorrow and next Monday 29th December from 9am - 12pm. For anyone that is eligible for either or both vaccinations please book online, unfortunately we will not be able to vaccinate walk in patients as we need to ensure we have enough stock for people that have booked

Good morning, we have a few flu vaccines left for anyone that would like one. Unfortunately we cannot do private so need to be eligible, over 65, immunosuppressed etc. If you would like a vaccine please call the pharmacy on 01259 712000 so we can ensure we keep one aside for you (we will keep for 48 hours).

We also still have a few days left for people wanting to participate in the raffle to win a bottle of baileys, all to help raise money for Alzheimer’s and dementia 😁
