Not posted in a while apologies, but big news (although as many of you know it's been a long time coming)
RS Podiatry has moved!
I’m pleased to share that RS Podiatry Clinic is now based at:
Unit 3 Patrick Farm Barns
Meriden Road
Hampton-in-Arden
B92 0LT

The move is now complete, although there is still a little work to be done inside the new space, so thank you for bearing with me while everything fully settles in.

The new setting continues the calm, welcoming feel of the previous clinic, and many patients have already made the journey without any issues.

Finding the clinic and parking:
The easiest way to find us is to turn off Meriden Road at the RDAC building and follow the road right round.
There is plenty of patient parking on the left-hand side as you follow the road around. From there, it is only a very short walk up to the clinic entrance. Please look out for the RS Podiatry A-board.
Please do not park directly in front of the units inside the main business courtyard, as this parking is strictly reserved for the businesses on site.

Appointments are continuing as normal from the new premises.

Run3D & Walk3D Assessment Day – Monday 9th February!

We’re hosting our next 3D movement analysis day at RS Podiatry Clinic!

Using high-speed motion capture, we assess how your body moves when you walk or run, helping us identify movement patterns, compensations and overload that can contribute to pain or injury.
This service is ideal for anyone who:
• Has ongoing foot, ankle, knee, hip or back pain
• Feels unstable or “out of balance” when walking
• Is returning after injury or surgery
• Wants to prevent future problems
• Would like a deeper understanding of their movement

Each session includes a full biomechanical report and clinical interpretation to guide rehabilitation, footwear advice and treatment planning.

Spaces are limited and these days always fill quickly!

It was a real pleasure to welcome Olympic and Commonwealth Games marathon runner Kevin Seaward to the clinic for his biomechanics analysis using . 🏃‍♂️ Watching such a talented athlete fine-tune his performance was truly inspiring. We wish Kevin all the best in his future running ventures and can't wait to see what he achieves next!

Really enjoyed working with this lovely lady helping her with hip bursitis and Gluteal Tendonopathy. She was in so much pain when I first saw her and having seen a consultant, meds and had a steroid injection, nothing was helping. Within 2 weeks of using our specialist therapeutic Laser machine we got her pain down from an 8-9/10 to a 2-3/10! From limping to now walking (and walking fast) in such a short space of time. No drugs, no injections.

We continue to work together to out a rehab plan in place.
