Doctor appointments are now available after GP surgery hours at the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) at Rugby’s hospital.

We are looking for a new member of staff to join our friendly receptionist team, one or two mornings a week plus covering annual leave and sickness

Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis on empathy towards patients.
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Utilize computer skills to perform administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining patient records.
