A NEW CHAPTER

It feels really special to finally share my little rebrand with you. This is about so much more than how things look it’s about coming back to what feels right for me and where I feel called to go next. 🜃🜁🜂🜄

For many years I’ve offered 1-1 Reiki sessions, and they’ve been such a beautiful part of my journey. But I’ve increasingly felt called towards teaching Reiki helping people slow down, trust themselves, listen to their intuition and reconnect with their inner knowing.

For me, Reiki is about connection, awareness and giving yourself space to come home to yourself.

There’s also a very personal reason behind this change…

I’m going to become a grandmother! 🤍

My beautiful granddaughter is already so deeply loved, and she has made me think about what I want this next chapter to look like.

I want a slower pace of life. More time with my daughter, my granddaughter and my family. ⚭ More time for the little moments that become the most precious memories.

That’s why I’m choosing to focus on my Reiki classes & training, Deep Rest experiences and my products.

It doesn’t feel like I’m doing less.
It feels like I’m choosing more of what truly matters.

This rebrand feels like a reflection of where I am now.

🧜‍♀️Why my facial workshops are unique …

I’ve spent over 27 years working with the face. My professional journey has included advanced facial treatments, facial massage, facial techniques, facial machines and professional skincare, including dermatology led and clinical skincare such as Murad.

I’ve also worked with Tropic Skincare for over 10 years, gaining extensive experience in professional skincare, skin health and creating beautiful facial experiences.
Alongside my hands on experience, I’ve completed my Anatomy & Physiology training and developed my knowledge even further through Goddess Facial Reflexology 🧜‍♀️I believe all of these elements have their place, and it’s bringing them together that has shaped the way I work today. ✨

I am also fully accredited in The Goddess Glow and Goddess Facial Reflexology, with IPHM accredited qualifications.

The Goddess Glow has brought another beautiful dimension to my understanding of facial care. It isn’t simply about creating a glow on the skin.
It brings together professional facial knowledge, nurturing touch, massage, relaxation and a beautiful sensory experience allowing facial care to become something much deeper than simply looking after our skin.
And then there is intention.
For me, intention is key especially with the Results my clients have had!
Because how we approach ourselves matters. The intention behind our touch.
The intention behind taking time for ourselves.

The intention to stop judging our face and instead begin to appreciate it.
Our faces hold our stories.
Our laughter.
Our tears.
Our experiences.
Our lives.
Every line has a story.

Every expression has been part of our journey. And this is where my work has evolved ✨I’ve brought together years of professional facial experience with Anatomy & Physiology, facial massage, Goddess Facial Reflexology, Goddess Glow, Reiki, energy work, intuition and, most importantly intention and presence.
Why intention matters…

There is a real reason I talk so much about intention in my work ✨

Intention is about understanding how we show up and how that can influence the experience of the person in front of us.
When I’m working with my guests, my energy, body language, voice, pace and touch all communicate something.

When I am calm, grounded and fully present, I can help create an environment where my guests feel safe enough to slow down and relax.
And there is science behind this because our nervous system responds to what is happening around us.
When we feel safe and relaxed, the body can move away from that heightened stress response and towards a calmer state.

This is why the environment, the practitioner, the way we communicate and the quality of touch all matter.
It is not just what we do. It is how we do it.

And within my workshops, I also bring in gentle, reflective elements such as oracle cards simply offering a moment of reflection, connection and personal insight.

The science gives us understanding.
The hands bring the experience.
The senses allow us to feel.
The oracle offers reflection.
And intention brings it all together.
That is what makes my workshops different.

I’m not simply teaching you a facial routine.
I’m sharing years of professional knowledge, training and hands on experience, alongside the philosophy that has naturally grown through my own journey.

I’ll never give away everything that happens within my workshops because there are techniques, practices and beautiful little details that belong to the experience itself.

But I do want you to understand the why behind my work. It’s about learning to care for your face differently.

To slow down. To reconnect.
To appreciate rather than criticise.
To make those precious minutes of at home self care something you genuinely look forward to.

And most importantly Feeling at home in yourself. 🤍

Every detail is thoughtfully chosen to create a peaceful sanctuary where you can switch off, slow down and simply be.
