Just to let you know, I'm back in Benenden.... I've been away studying and can now offer NLP along with Reiki and IEMT. Whoop 🤩

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a set of tools to help with personal development and communication techniques. We use NLP to enhance self-awareness and build interpersonal skills, and work through roadblocks that are holding you back from achieving your goal.

Hey everyone! As part of my ongoing professional development and commitment to bringing you the highest level of care, I am expanding my clinical skill set. I need some lovely volunteers to help me practice a few incredible new modalities.

I am looking for at least five models to book in for practice sessions. Because these are for advanced professional development, I am offering them at 50% off the usual rate!
Investment: Only £30 per hour (usually £60/hr)

What techniques are we practicing?

Advanced Specialized Lymphatic Drainage: I am focusing on advanced protocols designed for pre- and post-op surgery recovery, as well as managing lymphoedema.
⚠️ Important Note: If you are booking specifically for post-op recovery or lymphoedema management, you must have official clearance from your surgeon, doctor, or consultant before we can session.

Zen Shiatsu Massage: A beautiful, intuitive Japanese bodywork therapy using comfortable pressure, stretching, and mindfulness to balance the body's energy.

Seated Massage: A convenient, fully-clothed treatment focusing on the back, shoulders, neck, and arms—perfect for melting away upper-body tension.

Please note: You do not need to have a specific medical condition to apply! If you just want to experience the deep, fluid detoxification of advanced lymphatic drainage or try the other therapies for general wellness and relaxation, you are incredibly welcome.

Feedback: Because this is for my advanced training, I will ask for a few minutes of your honest feedback at the end of our time together.

Availability: Slots are limited as I only need 5 models to get started.
