Hi all, I am Nicola, a fully qualified and experienced psycho-therapeutic counsellor offering sessions both in Northgate and online with teens and adults age 13+

I work at the root causes rather than just with the symptoms to help create lasting change and work somatically with emotions in the body where appropriate

I specialise in anxiety and also work with:

• Self-harm
• Emotional Eating
• Trust & Relationship Issues
• Childhood Trauma
• CPTSD
• Low Self-esteem
• Conditional OKness (perfectionism, people pleasing, obsessive efficiency, over working)
• Habitual Addiction
• Bereavement

As well as counselling & psychotherapy I also offer sessions and courses based on the Mindfulness for Stress 8-week course and Conscious Connected Breathwork for releasing trapped trauma and reducing chronic pain.
