Puglia, Southern Italy
11-17 September

• Daily morning led practices of mindful exploration of Hatha practice and Vinyasa flow and Yin Yoga
• 3 afternoon sessions of gentle offerings such as Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Chanting
• Afternoon guided meditation sessions
• Late Evening Yoga Nidra meditations
• 6 nights shared accommodation – there are 6 twin rooms and 1 double room all with private
bathroom
• 2 delicious and plentiful plant-based meals daily of Brunch and evening dinner and light afternoon
snacks and refreshments
• Swimming pool and beautiful surroundings to rest, read and wander.
There are a maximum of 11 places allowing us to offer you a high level of personalised attention. Our
aim is to provide you with space, support and guidance towards restoring balance within. You can
participate in all or some of the offerings and there will be plenty of time for yourself to enjoy the pool,
surroundings, or to venture further out

Just 12 spaces remain for our Summer Solstice Wellbeing Afternoon.

On 21st June, we'll be opening the doors of the beautiful Island Hall in Godmanchester for an afternoon designed especially for women supported by us.

We know that life can feel busy, overwhelming and demanding. This afternoon is an opportunity to press pause for a few hours, spend time with other women in a safe and supportive environment, and focus on yourself.

Through creativity, movement, relaxation and connection, we hope to create a space where women can simply be, without expectation, pressure or judgement.

We're incredibly grateful to Island Hall for giving this experience to our Angels, and to everyone helping make the day possible.

If you've been thinking about coming along, now is the time to book. With 12 places remaining, we'd love to see those final spaces filled by women who could benefit from an afternoon of calm, connection and self-care.

The rain show on the glass ceiling above my head whilst I rested in a restorative Savasana

On days like this…
When my body is negotiating its intolerant responses to a food irritant this week with the associated painful bloat, aching body and sleep disturbance fatigue …
I find solace in a nurturing Yin and restorative practice…

Today’s bolster and other props practice were:
-side lying over the bolster with head and upper leg propped
- “backbend” over the bolster again with head support, bolster supported -sphinx - adding in drawn up one leg drawn up alongside in half frog one side
- lying with pelvis elevated on bolster, legs dropping into body and supportive padding spaces between thighs to torso and behind knees
- bolster legs up inversion
- pelvis over bolster with one leg extended (and weighted gently) while drawing other leg into body
- final restorative stonehenge bolster on bricks savasana (with a sandbag on thighs or abdomen)
This practice helped find a mix of inviting ease and space and nurturing cosseting to my stressed front body!

And for my headspace… I thoroughly enjoyed resting in watching the show nature put on with alternating sunshine and rain on the glass ceiling above
