I’ve taken this image from Mind but I wanted to share it here too.

So many clients come to therapy telling the same story of having doors closed on them. They might not fit certain requirements for one service, another service might refer them elsewhere, and that service might have a lengthy waiting list. It can be hard finding the right support.

If this sounds familiar, know that my door is always answered, and I do my best to support clients as best I can.

I use humour in therapy often, not to minimise or invalidate, but to connect.

I believe therapy works best when you feel you’re sitting with a real person, not just a professional.
